The Hokkaido milk flavor is nice too, the ice cream has a nice creamy texture and nice balance of sweetness.

Beau HQ is a bakery shop owned by Indonesian Pastry Chef Talita Setyadi. This bakery shop specialised in making of pastries and artisan bread by using fresh, locally sourced Ingredients. The pastries are freshly baked everyday, so you won't find any a day old bread in this shop. And the coffee comes from Common Ground, so you won't find any tasted coffee too LOL.

The cafe is located right across mister sunday (for anyone can't find Beau HQ in google maps, you should search mister sunday instead). 

The moment I arrived at the cafe, I can smelled the amazing aroma of freshly baked bread and flowers. The cafe has an outdoor and interior seating, and the interior filled with a lot of beautiful flowers and the artisan pastries. (I recommend you guys to choose indoor seating, because the cafe is located near the traffic road, so you will hear the annoying car sound if you choose outdoor seating).

Astrid (Slice) IDR 45K

Astrid is derived from german word that means divine beauty, such like the name the cake is really a beauty. This is multilayer cake that give you many kind texture from soft to crunchy texture with one bite. The taste is soft, creamy, velvet and butter nutty flavor.

Smorrebrod or Danish open-faced sandwich is one of the best dish that BEAU can offer!! At first, I was thought this gonna taste healthy bland dish but I was WRONG, TOTALLY WRONG! This is the most delicious dish that I have tasted when I visit BEAU. As the name smorrebrod, the bread is dark rye bread, and the topping that I choose is chicken breast, prosciutto and beef pastrami. All of the topping give every sandwich their own unique taste and texture, for the overall dish is delicious. They have 7 option of topping smorrebrod that you can choose: Prosciutto, Beef Pastrami, Pork Salami, Chicken Breast, Chicken Liver, Gravad Laks, and Roasted Pumpkin.

It has a nice flaky crust and creamy cheesy filling in the middle. I think the cheese tart is half baked because the filling still runny when I took my first bite, and the flavor of the cheese is on point. Fyi, you can buy 5 piece of baked cheese tart and get 1 FREE!!

Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters is the most talked about coffee shop in town recently. This coffee is originated from Sydney, Australia and has finally opened for public on 10th of December. The outlet is located in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Avenue Mall on ground floor and precisely in front of North Lobby, so don't try find it inside the mall like I did.

This coffee shop has a big space that can hold many number people in single service. If you want to see the process of Toby's Estate Coffee, you should sit on the bar and watch the amazing barista in action. By the way, I can't show you guys the interior because during my visit is so crowded and I can't find any good pic of the interior to show you guys.

The best thing come from the coffee shop is the opening hours which is 7AM. If you want to have nice breakfast or get your daily dose coffee, you can come to Toby's in early morning. Beside coffee, the coffee shop sells many various Australian dishes such as salad, pasta, fried chicken and many more. For me, I choose Buttermilk chicken with corn frita.

Ice Latte IDR 50K

Normally, when I ordered latte, the espresso and milk already combine without any hassle. At toby's they separate the milk and the espresso when serving, so I suggest you guys when ordering this drink pour the espresso quickly before some of the sweet coffee nectar stick into the glass. 

Cappuccino IDR 40K

The coffee has strong bold flavor with low acidic taste to it. This type of coffee is perfect for my taste bud. Beside that, the cappuccino has the perfect ratio of milk and coffee, two thumbs up for that.

Butter Milk Chicken with Corn Frita IDR 105K

When the waiter arrived with this dish, my mouth has already watered with saliva because it's the best looking fried chicken I ever saw in my life. I will break it down the component that make this beautiful dish. From the top to the bottom: 2 piece of buttermilk chicken, coleslaw, and nice corn frita at the bottom and they top it of with their homemade ranch dressing. The deep fried chicken is very juicy and crispy, and the flavor profile is amazing, it combines well with other component of the dish.

For my opinion, this place is perfect for brunch. The meal, coffee, and vibe is perfect for nice chitchat  on lazy afternoon if you ask me.
